I have this craving to write boys being boys happy porn. Like, I can taste it (tastes like chicken?). And all I have are ideas for rip your heart out and STOMP on it porn.

I find this frustrating. In the way that tearing through your house in a mad rush to find the single working pen only to realise it's stuck behind your ear after you've forgotten what you needed the pen for is frustrating.

Now that you mention it, I remember when I first started out I read almost everything but could only really get the Sam-and-Dean (gen in that way that the show is gen, heh) to flow. Some really good pieces came out of it. The porn sort of just happened later.

I'm thinking S1 h/c boys being boys porn. Yeah, that'd be a nice break. Though like you say, lately when I sit down to write the stupid little cursor just blinks at me. There are no magically appearing words.

Oh, would it EVER. And me, I find that when I go to write lately, I get jack-- but when I go to do something else, something brainless like my laundry or washing dishes, then my mind starts to wander and BAM! Something will hit me. I guess it's a good thing my apartment's so small I'm never more than five feet away from the computer. XD;
