I find this frustrating. In the way that tearing through your house in a mad rush to find the single working pen only to realise it's stuck behind your ear after you've forgotten what you needed the pen for is frustrating.

Kinda know how you feel. Everything I set out to write lately either veers off in another direction or refuses to come out at all. I have two or three plots sitting patient as old dogs in the back of my brain, waiting for me to write them, but when I try to get them down I get something else entirely or I get nothing at all. :\

I completely feel you! I enjoy schmoop as much as the next person I like a little schmoop in with my angst now and again, but it seems like I can only ever write it when someone has made an express request of me. I can't just... sit down and WRITE happy fic, porn or otherwise, for the hell of it. The angst bunnies are too rabid! *flails helplessly *
