As long as the translated work contains original credit, and is shared with a Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-Share Alike license, which is explained in the link.

All of my fanworks are fully transformable. You do not need my express permission to remix as long as original credit to me remains, and you allow others to share and remix your work.
