So apparently there was this hockey game today that Canada won, and apparently (I am so bad at keeping up with this sort of thing) we did pretty good in the Olympics over all. Yay! Canada is not usually such a hot item. XD
There are horns blowing everywhere (still!), fire trucks and police cars with the sirens going, giant beavers hanging out of car windows, and the parade that just went down my street was made up of a Chinese parade dragon surrounded by dancers in maple leaf patterned saris escorted by leather daddies on motorcycles.
Canada, I can't even, but sometimes you are so cool.
