I am late to the party.

ETA OMG PEOPLE. I do not understand this reluctance to ship to Canada! We're right above you! Like, right there! Gargh.

But I have discovered Etsy. OH MY GOD. S-so many pretty things, all in one place. And it has a favourites listing, which is just HORRIBLE, because now I can see how many lovely things I want all at once. ;-;

Internets, why does you do this to me. Why.

This is not writing, this is being tempted to spend money that doesn't exist. omginternets.

Okay, that was just COOL.

So apparently there was this hockey game today that Canada won, and apparently (I am so bad at keeping up with this sort of thing) we did pretty good in the Olympics over all. Yay! Canada is not usually such a hot item. XD

There are horns blowing everywhere (still!), fire trucks and police cars with the sirens going, giant beavers hanging out of car windows, and the parade that just went down my street was made up of a Chinese parade dragon surrounded by dancers in maple leaf patterned saris escorted by leather daddies on motorcycles.

Canada, I can't even, but sometimes you are so cool.
