I had the most brilliant idea today at work. Please, don't stop me if you've heard this one.

A Stupid Quota.

What we do is this: Establish a Stupid Quota for each and every person on the face of the planet. Preferably, at birth, tailored to the individual and updated yearly depending on that person's performance. Then, each month, if a person has exceeded their quota, we BASH THEM WITH A MALLET.
