Where do I start? I read this as soon as you posted it. Then I thought about it for awhile. Then I came back and read it again. You are truly, truly gifted. you know that I think that but, I'm saying it again. The way you create a whole world, a mood, a feeling, with barely any words is just beautiful. Your Tommy here is hilarious and angsty and young and hot and believable. The equal rights thing and having to keep it hidden and the gov't lying & making shit up to control the masses.....so so good. METAPHOR. :)
I can't even tell you how much I love your writing. I don't have words to explain it properly. You make me feel things and totally lose myself in the story. I am not even reading...I am SEEING it and feeling it.
OBVIOUSLY I totally approve 100% of the smelling,scenting, biting, mate, mine stuff! but you made it so much more. Adam's joy when he understood that Tommy really LIKED the wolf part of him and wasn't just putting up with it was so beautiful. Yes, hot and unfy ...but the emotions were beautiful. Love, deep connection, mate. Came through in the writing....without extra words cluttering it up.
At the start I was thinking "Oh, I should c/p that line for comments" but then there were too many memorable beautiful lines so I gave that idea up!!
Just know that I will read anything you have ever or will ever write. When you are a famous author on bestselling lists I'm totally gonna ask for an autographed copy of your first book & you have to write "To Kim, who totally believed in me" on it!! :)
