Okay, um, I literally don't have words enough for this, because your story and your art has completely stolen any sense of coherence I normally have. My two favourite lines:
"A measure more care for my person then, as I've only the one and none to borrow," and "If you'll recall, I am a doctor. I know very well how to bugger a man."
God, this was an absolute delight. I...yeah. Literally, I'm at a loss for words, but just know that I loved it. ♥
